Brazil is a priority market for us, one where we have very high expectations. PatePlay games had a very successful launch. However, we still have a lot of work ahead of us to fully cover the entire market and ensure our portfolio is active on every licensed operator's website.

 

You’re eyeing New Jersey and Ontario next—two very different markets. What’s your strategic angle for entering North America, and how do you approach market-specific product adaptation?

We see our entry into North America as a strategic and long-term commitment. This is a completely new market for us, one we've studied in the greatest detail over the past year. As a result of our meticulous preparation for each individual market we enter, our game portfolio has been specifically designed to meet both player preferences and operators' business development visions.

The process of creating our games is extremely complex. It is based on a lot of data and information about the market, regulations, behavior of consumers, and operators.

 

With Gen Z’s appetite for fast-paced, mobile-first gameplay, how are you future-proofing your content—whether through game length, design style, or volatility settings?

We are designing games that are fast-paced, mobile-optimized, and cater to the preferences of Gen Z players. This includes shorter play sessions and designs that keep players engaged through rewards, features, and fast action.

 

Looking ahead to 2026, what’s your prediction for the “next wave” in iGaming—more crossover between live and RNG? AI-driven personalization? Where is PatePlay placing its bets?

People do not know what they want until they see it. So show them. Keep it simple. Most of the time, success is not in wild innovation.

My leadership philosophy revolves around flexibility, innovation, and always maintaining an open and transparent dialogue with my team.

Family, tennis, cross-fit, and nature.
